Paul Sein Twa belongs on a public page of Kawthoolei as a knowledge holder of the wider landscape, not as a name on anyone’s project. He directs the Karen Environmental and Social Action Network (KESAN) and has been a central figure in the Salween Peace Park, declared by 348 villages in Mutraw District in December 2018.
